The arrangement of the cords in the tire body of a radial tire is different from that of a radial tire made by Ming Wheel Precision Machinery. The cords are not arranged in an intersecting manner with each other, but are close to parallel to the outer tire section, similar to the Earth's meridian arrangement. The cord angle is small, usually 0 °, and there is no maintenance intersection point between the cord and the tire body. When the tire is in motion, the stress around the crown increases, causing circumferential extension and radial cracks in the tire body. Therefore, the buffer layer of radial tires adopts a nearly circumferential arrangement of intersecting cord layers, which intersects with the tire body cord angle at 90 °, usually 70 ° to 78 °, forming a rigid circular belt that can hardly stretch, fixing the entire tire and limiting its circumferential deformation. This buffer layer bears 60% to 70% of the internal stress of the entire tire, becoming the main load-bearing component of radial tires, hence it is called the belt layer of radial tires. The main load-bearing component of a bias tire is not on the buffer layer, and 80% to 90% of its internal stress is borne by the tire fabric layer. From this, it can be seen that the belt design of radial tires is very important and must have good rigidity. Multiple layers of high angle, high-strength, and non stretchable fiber materials, such as steel wire or glass fiber, can be used
